My aim during counselling is to respect your privacy and your parental competence. As a rule, I do not touch you or your baby. However, in some situations, physical contact may be appropriate to improve breastfeeding and the baby's latch, for example by gently helping the baby latch on to the breast. However, I will always ask for your consent in advance.

 

By granting this consent, you confirm that you agree that during the consultation, if the situation requires it, and with your prior consent, I may touch you to the extent necessary to provide advice, including touching your breasts and your baby.

 

You acknowledge that the counselor is not a healthcare professional and counseling does not replace the care of a neonatologist, pediatrician, or other healthcare specialist.

 

During the consultation, you will be provided with information, recommendations and suggestions based on evidence-based science. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any use of them and for the decisions you make based on them.

 

You also confirm that you have been informed in advance about the price of lactation consulting and that you agree to this price.
